Comprehensive guide for client onboarding across all Appgain platforms

This document outlines the complete client onboarding procedures for all Appgain platforms including Shrinkit, ShopiApp, Retail Gain, and Shopi. Each platform has specific account creation processes, setup requirements, and training protocols.

Shrinkit Client Onboarding

Account Creation

Users can sign up for Shrinkit through multiple channels:

Client Onboarding Process

Once the client creates their account, guide them through the following setup flow:

Setup Phase: 1. Configure FB/Ads Networks Pixels - Set up pixels for link retargeting functionality 2. Bulk Create Short Links - Create short links for all store products 3. Configure SMS Account - Set up SMS integration with supported vendors or purchase package in GCC/Egypt 4. Web Push Demonstration - Show how web push works on their website (Shopify) or Micro Page

Client Retention Monitoring

Monitor client retention through the Shrinkit Dashboard using the shrinkit@customers.appgain.io account.

Key Metrics to Track: - Short Links: Number created and hits per link - Product Coverage: Products without short links - Web Push: Subscriber growth and campaign count - SMS: Campaign count and credit usage - Micro Pages: Number of created pages

ShopiApp Client Onboarding

Account Creation Process

ShopiApp accounts are created by the tech team, not self-service.

Tech Team Responsibilities: 1. Create Appgain Account - Account type: Appgain.io 2. Create Flux Builder Account - Email: clientname@customers.appgain.io 3. Purchase Flux Store License - MShaheen handles license purchase 4. Build First Draft UI - Initial UI development

UI Design Process: - UI designer creates splash screen design - Get client approval on design - Add client to Slack app for communication

Development Process: - Create custom app and obtain keys - Developer creates the final app

Sales Team Responsibilities: - Client Assets: Collect logo, brand book, brand brief/description - CRM Setup: - Get business marketing name and logo - Add to HubSpot, Airtable, and website - SMS Setup: Configure SMS sender ID and follow up until activation

Retail Gain Onboarding

Account Creation

Retail Gain accounts cannot be created by clients themselves. Use the account creation link provided by the team.

Initial Setup: 1. CRM Configuration: - Get business marketing name and logo - Add to HubSpot, Airtable, and website 2. Payment Provider Setup: Configure Kashier.io account and follow up until activation 3. SMS Configuration: Set up SMS sender ID and follow up until activation

Setup Phase

Follow up with tech team for: 1. Invoice Design: Create custom invoice design (usually follows standard template) 2. Invoice Content: Write delivery content in format: "Thanks $name for your order, download your invoice here $url" 3. SMS Account Configuration: Set up with supported vendors or purchase package in GCC/Egypt 4. FB/Ads Networks Pixels: Configure for link retargeting 5. Sub-users: Add if needed

Shopi Account Creation

Account Setup Process

Shopi accounts are created manually, not self-service.

Account Creation Steps: 1. Shopify Account: Create using customer email 2. Flux Builder Account: Create using email Apps+(customer name)@appgain.io on https://web.fluxbuilder.com/ 3. Appgain.io Account: Create using customer email 4. App Store Access: Get access for customer Apple Store and Google Play accounts, or create new accounts using their email

Development Process: - MShaheen purchases Flux store license - Tech team handles remaining setup - Add Vercel key to Flux builder - Build UI - Develop the app

Slack Support Channel Management

  • Customer Slack Sign-up: https://join.slack.com/t/appgainiocs/signup - Send this link to clients to add them to the Slack support channel
  • Purpose: Direct communication channel for real-time support and issue resolution
  • Process:
  • Create client account using the suit creator portal
  • Send the Slack signup link to the client
  • Add client to appropriate Slack channels based on their needs
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries in Slack
